Top companies to work for in Brazil (GPTW and TIME) **What we are looking for?** **Main Responsibilities:** Define best development practices; Program, code, and test systems in the specified language, working across both Back-End and Mobile development projects; Implement complex functionality; Propose technological improvements to systems. Monitor adherence to system development best practices. Validate the existing test coverage in projects; Validate new application features; Monitor application system performance; Propose technological improvements to systems; Anticipate opportunities and issues proactively, act swiftly and effectively, and develop preventive solutions; Support junior developers and contribute to project decision-making; Maintain systems by implementing necessary changes to meet user requirements; Develop assembly, debugging, and testing activities for programs, performing maintenance on already-developed programs. ### **Requirements for the Full Stack Developer (Java / Node.js / Flutter) Position** #### **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Solid software development experience using Java. * Knowledge of application architecture, REST API development, microservices, and system integrations. * Experience with Git for source code versioning. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). #### **Backend** * Proficiency in Java. * Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs. * Knowledge of Node.js for service and integration development. * Experience with relational databases and SQL query authoring. * Knowledge of consuming and exposing APIs, authentication, and security best practices. #### **Mobile Development** * Knowledge of Flutter for cross-platform application development. * Experience publishing, maintaining, and evolving mobile applications is considered a plus. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of native Android development (Java/Kotlin). * Knowledge of native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C). * Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications. * Experience with microservice architecture and cloud environments. #### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong analytical ability and focus on problem-solving. * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and share knowledge. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Commitment to code quality and development best practices. **Work Location:** 100% Remote **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital transformation.
