Experienced in both front\-end and back\-end to solve complex problems and build scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Contributing across diverse sectors and products. Responsibilities: * Design and implement scalable, high-performance full-stack applications, ensuring availability and security across the entire stack; * Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting senior and mid-level developers in front\-end and back\-end decision-making; * Ensure, together with Tech Leads and Architects, adherence to architecture, development standards, and platform evolution strategy; * Develop modern, responsive interfaces with quality, accessibility, and good UX; * Ensure APIs and integrations comply with quality, security, and consistency standards; * Develop and optimize real-time communication and event-driven architectures; * Promote engineering best practices: testing, automation, and version control across both layers; * Participate in technical discussions, proposing innovative and sustainable solutions; * Anticipate risks and apply preventive security measures for servers, APIs, and client\-side applications; * Work on critical systems and complex incidents, conducting investigations and proposing long-term solutions; * Identify bottlenecks and propose performance and scalability optimizations in collaboration with SRE. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * 12 years of software development experience, with balanced expertise in front\-end and back\-end; * Proficiency in React and/or Vue.js for web interfaces; * Proficiency in Node.js, C\# and Go for back\-end (knowledge of other languages is valuable); * Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript; * Experience with event-driven architecture and WebSocket usage; * Proven experience in developing and maintaining REST APIs; * Proficiency in Git and collaborative versioning workflows; * Advanced security knowledge for servers, APIs, and web applications; * Experience with Docker and containerization; * Multi-cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure), understanding differences, best practices, and trade\\u0002offs among providers; * Intermediate/advanced English (technical reading and conversation). Nice-to-Have (Differentiators) * Additional education in full-stack development or game systems courses; * Experience with Next.js; * Knowledge of design systems and reusable interface patterns; * Prior experience with high-scale products: iGaming, betting (bets), e\-commerce, banking; * Experience in mobile development (native Android/iOS) or Unity (C\#) in distinct projects; * Experience in transitioning monoliths to microservices, defining standards, best practices, and migration strategies.
