Collaborate with strategic partners and shape the future of AI We are seeking an AI Program Analyst (Mid-Level) to join a dynamic team and support the structuring and execution of the Artificial Intelligence strategy. This professional will serve as a critical link in day-to-day operations, ensuring AI initiatives are delivered efficiently, aligned with objectives, and impactful — with a holistic view of the entire program. Working alongside senior analysts, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to deepen expertise in managing a portfolio of innovative projects, collaborating with strategic partners (both internal and external), and helping shape the future of AI within the organization. **Key Responsibilities and Daily Activities:** **Supporting AI Program Structuring:** Assist in organizing workstreams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure continuous program advancement. **Portfolio Management of AI Initiatives:** Monitor AI projects, identify synergies across demands, consolidate status updates, and ensure alignment with the strategic roadmap. **Monitoring and Reporting:** Track progress of transformative and disruptive initiatives. Prepare tactical reports and executive summaries to provide leadership visibility into progress. **Forum Organization:** Support the preparation and facilitation of tactical project review forums, such as Project Synchronization meetings and sessions with the Chief Data Officer (CDO), ensuring agendas are clear and outcomes documented. **Process Design and Improvement:** Collaborate on designing and implementing the AI demand management process—from conception through prioritization. **Impact Measurement:** Link project deliverables to financial and operational impact measurement, helping translate technical outcomes into business value. **Communication and Risk Management:** Assist in executing the tactical communication plan and in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and blockers. **Qualifications and Desired Profile:** **Experience:** Prior experience in project management or consulting, with strong organizational, planning, and task-tracking skills. **Methodologies:** Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional or agile, e.g., Scrum/Kanban). **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively across diverse areas (technical, business, leadership) and produce clear, objective reports. **Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word):** Essential for report creation, data analysis, executive presentations, and process documentation. **Proactive and Hands-On Profile:** Ability to independently resolve day-to-day issues, with a focus on delivery and operational feasibility. **Analytical Thinking:** Capability to connect information, analyze project synergies, and assess the impact of deliverables. **Interest in Technology:** Strong interest in and willingness to learn about Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. **Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have):** Experience with AI PMO experience Experience in the financial sector. Prior experience in technology, digital transformation, or innovation projects. Familiarity with project management tools — Jira Intermediate English proficiency ;
