Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Developer II – Analytics (Junior/Mid-level) to work on analysis, support, and evolution of the data layer, ensuring data reliability and generation of strategic insights to support decision-making across various business areas. We are seeking a Data Developer II – Analytics (Junior/Mid-level) to work on analysis, support, and evolution of the data layer, ensuring data reliability and generation of strategic insights to support decision-making across various business areas. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute data analyses for different company areas, such as operations, payments, marketing, among others; * Create, correct, and optimize tables, queries, pipelines, and business rules, ensuring data integrity and performance; * Validate critical data and metrics, investigate inconsistencies, and propose continuous improvements; * Collaborate with business areas, translating technical analyses into clear, objective, and actionable insights; * Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to the evolution of data processes; Apply best practices for code and analysis versioning and documentation using GitHub. * ### **Required Qualifications:** * Advanced SQL experience, preferably with BigQuery or SQL Server; * Strong critical and analytical mindset for data validation and identification of inconsistencies; * Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences; * Collaborative profile with a focus on information quality and reliability. ### **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in analyses involving multiple business areas; * Hands-on experience with GitHub, Looker Platform, or other data visualization tools; * Knowledge or experience using Google Sheets for analysis; * Experience or familiarity with R; * Ability to solve problems with a focus on business impact and results. ### **Expected Profile:** We seek a curious, analytical, and committed professional who values data quality, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to grow technically within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
