Job Summary: We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to work on programming, coding, and system testing, proposing technological improvements and assisting in mentoring new talent. Continuous growth and learning **What We’re Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Define best development practices; Program, code, and test systems in the specified language, transitioning between Front-End and Back-End development projects; Implement complex feature development; Propose technological improvements to systems; Monitor adherence to established system development best practices; Validate the existing test coverage level in projects; Validate new application features; Monitor application system performance; Propose technological improvements to systems; Anticipate opportunities and issues proactively, act swiftly and effectively, and develop preventive solutions; Assist in mentoring junior developers and contribute to project decision-making; Perform system maintenance, implementing necessary changes to meet user requirements; Carry out program assembly, debugging, and testing tasks, delivering maintenance services for already-developed programs. **Requirements:** Functional Requirements: Solid experience in C language; knowledge of ISO 8583; service messaging (TCP Socket protocol); Oracle Database; GitHub repositories. C/C++ Developer with back-end business logic experience. Behavioral Requirements: Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork ability. Skilled at collaborating with other departments, especially business units. Highly proactive, self-motivated, eager to contribute to outcomes and solutions.
