The candidate will be responsible for development, supporting the team on projects, and helping maintain smooth, high-quality, and autonomous operations. **Responsibilities** Develop and maintain backend services in .NET Create and adjust workflows and business configurations in Camunda Support the team in technical decisions and delivery progress Integrate services with Kafka Create, adjust, and query structures in Oracle Ensure solution quality, stability, and sound architecture Participate in reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements **Requirements** Solid experience as a senior backend developer Practical experience with Camunda, including configurations and business rules Proficiency in .NET Knowledge of Kafka Experience with Oracle database **Availability to attend in person one day per week upon request in SP** **Nice-to-Haves** Experience working in Agile teams Experience with distributed architecture and high-scale systems **Work Model** **Remote work with the possibility of occasional in-person attendance once per week.**
