Responsibilities * Participate in client meetings to understand business processes and define the optimal approach for implementation on ServiceNow. * Work consultatively, proposing feasible technical solutions that meet business requirements within project timelines. * Translate business requirements into detailed technical user stories, defining tasks, rules, and effort estimates. * Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization for ServiceNow. * Assist in sprint planning and backlog management. * Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow CSM platform, ensuring adherence to project requirements. * Define application architecture, structuring tables, fields, relationships, and views. * Implement automations using Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Script Includes. * Configure SLAs, calendars, and escalation rules according to business needs. * Develop scripts for interactive forms using Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. * Create and customize workspaces and Service Portal to optimize user experience. * Implement integrations with external microservices via REST/SOAP APIs. * Ensure application security through creation and application of ACLs and specific roles. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT), assisting the QA team and Product Owner in validating deliverables. Technical Requirements * Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including building custom applications. * Advanced knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM) and App Engine modules. * Experience developing Workspaces and Service Portal. * Proficiency in creating tables, relationships, views, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. * Experience integrating with external microservices via REST/SOAP APIs. * Ability to configure SLAs and calendars to meet business rules. * Knowledge of platform security, including creation and application of ACLs and roles. * Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into well-defined technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset, with ability to interact with clients and suggest project-aligned solutions.
