You’ll have access to tools, knowledge, and opportunities to advance and prepare yourself to help build a better business world for our people, clients, and the communities that support us. **Why you?** If you’re passionate about data and collaboration—and possess the following qualifications—we want you on our team: * Completed or ongoing degree in Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with programming languages, especially Java, and up-to-date with market trends and technologies; * Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and Natural programming; * Development Environments: Experience with mainframe environments such as IBM z/OS; * Database Tools: Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, or other relational databases, plus SQL skills; * Debugging Tools: Familiarity with debugging and performance analysis tools specific to COBOL; * Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN for source code management; * Agile Methodologies: Ability to work using agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban for collaborative development. * Technical English. **Desirable:** **The following will be considered advantages:** * Experience integrating legacy systems, familiarity with COBOL, JCL, and Natural development tools; * Knowledge of agile methodologies, relevant certifications, and skills in software testing and quality assurance; * Certifications: IBM Certified Application Developer – COBOL Certified Professional in Business Analysis (CPBA), Micro Focus Certified Professional – COBOL. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development and Maintenance: Build and maintain applications in COBOL, JCL, and Natural, ensuring system functionality and efficiency; * Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions; * Systems Integration: Work on integrating legacy systems with new technologies and platforms; * Testing and Validation: Conduct software testing to ensure the quality and robustness of developed applications; * Documentation: Produce and maintain technical and process documentation for future reference and compliance. **What We Offer:** Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Care, Corporate University and other Educational Benefits, Wellhub, Profit Sharing (PLR), and much more.
