Job Summary: Grupo Portfolio is seeking a professional to serve as the technical reference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, defining and evolving the platform architecture and developing solutions. We are GPTW. **Your Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical reference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the technology area. * Define and evolve the platform architecture, ensuring scalability and best practices. * Develop hands-on solutions, including automations and integrations. * Structure and improve the customer data model, ensuring data quality and governance. * Identify and resolve structural platform issues. * Use Data Extensions and Data Views for data analysis and auditing. * Define technical standards for: automations, data structure, organization of Data Extensions, asset governance, and development best practices. * Develop and optimize automations in Automation Studio. * Support integrations with CRM, data platforms, and internal systems. * Structure access and permission management. * Collaborate with the CRM Product Owner to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as: Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas. * Experience building integrations via APIs and Web Services. * Ability to define technical architecture and platform governance. * Experience resolving structural data and automation issues. * Hands-on profile, actively involved in both architecture and development. * Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and ClickUp. **What We Offer** * A dynamic, challenging environment with competent professionals and strong encouragement for personal and professional growth across the team; * A recognition and feedback culture supported by our Excellence Keys; * Horizontal communication: direct access to leadership and open information exchange. **We Are GPTW** In 2021, 2022, and 2023, Grupo Portfolio received the “Great Place to Work!” certification!
