




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with experience in Service Cloud to implement, customize, and enhance customer service and relationship management solutions. The professional will be responsible for ensuring technical quality, adherence to platform best practices, and continuous evolution of solutions. **Responsibilities:** We seek a professional with solid Salesforce development experience, functional and technical knowledge of Service Cloud, and the ability to work consultatively with business areas—translating requirements into efficient and scalable solutions. Responsibilities: * Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform. * Implement and evolve Service Cloud. * Create and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (when required). * Develop integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. * Configure flows, business rules, and automations (Flow, Process Builder). * Participate in requirements gathering and technical solution design. * Ensure platform governance, security, and performance best practices. * Conduct testing, documentation, and deployment support. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in Salesforce development. * Knowledge of Service Cloud (cases, queues, SLAs, automations, omnichannel). * Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, and API-based integrations. * Knowledge of data modeling on the Salesforce platform. * Experience with version control (Git) and deployment processes (CI/CD). * Experience with Agile methodologies.
