Job Summary: Responsible for the concept and development of mechanical seal technical drawings, ensuring dimensional and functional accuracy of designs and serving as the technical liaison. Key Highlights: 1. Concept and development of mechanical seal technical drawings 2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly drawings 3. Proposing technical solutions and diagnosing failures Responsible for the concept and development of technical drawings for mechanical seal components and assemblies, ensuring dimensional and functional accuracy of designs. Proficient in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, fully understanding seal application, assembly, and operation. Possesses in-depth knowledge of Brayton models and is capable of developing application questionnaires, proposing technical solutions, and performing failure diagnostics focused on product performance, safety, and reliability. Acts as the technical liaison between engineering and other departments, contributing to continuous project improvement and excellence in meeting customer needs. * **Understand**, through formal training, technical document research, and standards consultation, guidelines, policies, and methods applicable to mechanical seal design engineering. * **Develop**, through technical analysis and calculations, springs, balancing, heat dissipation, and other technical attributes applicable to mechanical seals. * **Draw**, using software such as GSTAR and AutoCAD, products and parts according to specifications from Product Engineering and Development. * **Develop**, using computational methods, dimensional study drawings for mechanical seals, responding to internal requests and Sales and Customer demands. * **Develop**, using CAD and reviewing RAF drawings, official mechanical seal assembly drawings. * **Generate**, via the Onee system, codes and tables for registration and control of assembly drawings. * **Complete**, by analyzing manufacturing orders and approved quotations, product application technical sheets. * **Produce**, using GSTAR software, detailed, component, and assembly drawings, generating PDF files for internal systems and production support. * **Maintain**, through continuous updates in the Onee World system and master schedule organization, the technical registry of product structures, detailing designs for manufacturing per internal standards. * **Record and organize**, through technical control and physical/digital archiving, various mechanical seal models, their documentation, and applications, ensuring easy access and version control. * **Participate**, in daily technical meetings, in defining procurement and production priorities based on manufacturing orders and available resources. * **Assist**, with technical expertise, in selecting appropriate materials for mechanical seal manufacturing. * **Develop**, through control and updating, technical DataBooks related to projects.
