Job Summary: Delphi-focused developer responsible for building and enhancing systems, pursuing continuous improvement in development methodologies and techniques. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment equipped with state-of-the-art machines and multi-monitor setups **RESPONSIBILITIES:** – Development of systems and applications built in Delphi, including graphical interface design, database structure implementation, and program coding; – Maintenance and enhancements of existing systems; **REQUIREMENTS:** – Interest in learning/evolving with new development and code validation methodologies; – Technical knowledge required in: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL; – Desirable: Object-oriented programming and layered architecture knowledge; familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Ability to optimize and refactor code efficiently; – Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; The ideal candidate is curious, dynamic, and dedicated.
