Focus on roadmap, success metrics, and data-driven culture Description: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields; Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar roles; Experience in data product projects oriented toward business areas; Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog prioritization techniques; Experience in data-focused, analytics, or data engineering projects within environments featuring Data Lake, Data Mesh, etc. (desirable); Familiarity with OKRs, agile methodology, metrics, and product prioritization techniques (backlog); Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making; Contextual awareness to identify opportunities and manage conflicts and expectations; Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Proactivity, critical thinking, ownership mindset, and adaptability.
