Ensure resilient and secure environments **Description:** Role Mission \- Ensure continuous, secure, and scalable delivery of the company's technology solutions through designing, automating, and optimizing pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices. Act as the technical reference within the team, leading improvements, strengthening collaboration between development and operations, and ensuring resilient, efficient environments aligned with best practices in security and performance. Responsibilities and Duties Be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security events in cloud environments; Coordinate responses to complex incidents, acting as the focal point during crises; Define and implement vulnerability management and system hardening policies; Guide and support the team in adopting DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure delivery; Evaluate and recommend CSPM solutions (IaC Security, misconfiguration detection, etc.) and Zero Trust; Ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, and/or LGPD; Produce executive reports and clearly communicate risks to senior management. Requirements and Qualifications Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in SecOps or SOC; Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure technologies with a focus on advanced security; Proficiency in Cloud SIEM tools, firewalls, and network assets; Extensive knowledge of automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash Script); Experience with Zero Trust architectures and security frameworks (OWASP, CIS Benchmarks); Technical English for reading and writing documentation. 2511280202191825457
