Strategic application of data, technology, and innovation Description: * Proven experience in coordinating or providing technical leadership for data and/or artificial intelligence teams; * Proficiency in data engineering and Data Analytics; * Experience with BI tools; * Knowledge of Python and machine learning; * Ability to translate business challenges into data- and algorithm-based solutions; * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Strong English communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Strong English communication skills * Prior experience in Data Science projects; * Experience with Databricks; * Experience with data governance and data quality; * Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Postgraduate degree or specialization in AI, Big Data, or Technology Management. * People management, delivering feedback, and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs); * Lead Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Science teams; * Define and implement SLC Agrícola’s data and AI strategy aligned with business strategic objectives; * Promote analytical excellence and disseminate a data-driven culture across all company areas; * Coordinate the development of executive dashboards and reports in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC); * Lead Data Science projects, applying Python and machine learning frameworks to deliver business value; * Act as a bridge between business units, technology, and innovation, promoting the strategic use of data. * Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to data management best practices; * Drive innovation by connecting technology, agribusiness, and sustainability. 2511060202271852171
