Interaction with business areas for requirements gathering Project Type: Enhancements Work Model: Remote Mandatory Requirements * Proven experience in the FI-RE (Real Estate Management) or RE-FX module * Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing real estate contract processes, lease management, and automatic accounting * Experience integrating FI with other modules (especially MM and SD) * Experience in data migration, including initial load, validation, and reconciliation * Participation in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and/or upgrade projects * Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project * Ability to interact with business areas for requirements gathering and solution design Responsibilities/Activities * Lead FI-RE/RE-FX-related activities, focusing on implementation, configuration, and customization * Work with real estate contracts, lease management, and automatic accounting within the ERP * Facilitate integrations between FI and MM/SD, ensuring data and process consistency * Participate in data migrations, including initial load, data validation, and cross-system reconciliation * Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and upgrade projects * Contribute to at least one end-to-end implementation project * Interact with business areas for requirements gathering and solution design
