Perform visual inspection and organize cut parts A metallurgical company is seeking a Cutting Machine Operator in Rafard. **Responsibilities:** Operate cutting machines such as band saws, multi-blade saws, plasma cutters, oxy-fuel cutters, or laser cutters (as applicable). Interpret technical drawings and production orders. Adjust machine parameters (speed, pressure, flame regulation, or power output). Measure and mark materials prior to cutting. Verify part dimensions using tape measures, calipers, or squares. Organize and sort cut parts for the welding department. Conduct visual inspections to identify burrs or imperfections. Assist in cleaning and organizing the work area. Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Cutting Technician, Machine Programmer, or Machine Adjuster may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
