Organization and mise en place of the workstation and barbecue station. Cleaning and organizing the entire workplace together with the team before and after shifts. Maintenance and cleaning of the workstation during the shift. Receiving and handling products designated for barbecue production, including portioning and distribution into refrigeration equipment. Labeling and ensuring products are safe and suitable for consumption, as well as keeping refrigerators clean and organized. Maintaining and preserving restaurant equipment, utensils, materials, uniform, and personal presentation.
