We are seeking an IT Coordinator – Data and Automation responsible for coordinating Business Intelligence (BI), Automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategies, ensuring corporate data governance and quality. You will lead data projects, application development, integrations, process automation, and AI initiatives, supporting strategic decision-making and driving organizational innovation. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Manage multidisciplinary teams comprising BI analysts, developers, data specialists, and AI specialists. * Align data initiatives with the corporate strategies of Group companies. * Direct and manage teams responsible for automation, BPM, RPA, and integrations. * Supervise data modeling and architecture to meet BI and AI requirements. * Coordinate the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and strategic KPIs for business areas. * Lead the implementation of Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. * Explore AI and Data Science trends to optimize operations and enhance customer experience. * Promote awareness and training on AI models across the organization. * Negotiate and manage technology vendors and partners. 2512180202551872941
