**Required Education:**
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Specialization in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is desirable.
**Required Knowledge:**
* Hospital procurement management.
* Negotiation techniques and contract analysis.
* Familiarity with ERP systems.
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan and supervise all procurement activities, ensuring acquisition of materials, medications, and hospital equipment with quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
* Develop negotiation strategies that ensure favorable conditions and contracts aligned with the hospital's needs.
* Manage supplier relationships, evaluating their performance and continuously seeking new strategic partnerships.
* Analyze internal demand and coordinate quotation and bidding processes, complying with institutional policies and applicable legislation.
* Monitor critical inventory levels jointly with the warehouse, ensuring continuous supply and avoiding waste.
* Implement and track departmental performance indicators, such as average delivery time, supplier compliance, and cost reduction.
* Prepare managerial reports to support senior management in decision-making.
* Promote digitalization and automation of procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Lead the procurement team, facilitating training, monitoring performance, and encouraging professional development.
