Coordinate the accounting routines of the DPSP Group, which has several CNPJs and high volume, ensuring calculation, reconciliation and accounting closing within established deadlines, guaranteeing compliance with accounting, tax and internal policies, supporting business areas with reliable accounting information for decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES* Coordinate and review processes of classification, reconciliation and accounting analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Ensure accurate execution of monthly and annual accounting closings within established deadlines. * Supervise preparation of financial statements and accounting reports according to current accounting standards (CPC and IFRS). * Manage the accounting team, promoting technical development, organization of routines and prioritization of demands. * Monitor internal and external audits, ensuring delivery of necessary information and documentation. * Ensure compliance with ancillary accounting obligations. * Support the tax area and other related departments, ensuring correct accounting treatment of taxes and provisions. * Analyze and propose improvements in accounting processes aiming at efficiency gains and mitigation of operational risks. * Support structuring of accounting processes and controls considering the high volume of retail operations. * Manage responses to requests from business areas related to accounting information, analyses and projections. * Monitor changes in accounting legislation, ensuring process updates and adjustments. REQUIREMENTS* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (active CRC). * Previous experience in accounting coordination. * Experience in retail or segments with high volume of invoices and processes. * Financial statements, accounting closing and audit support. * Knowledge of Accounting Standards (CPC/IFRS). * Knowledge of ERP Systems (desirable SAP, Protheus or similar). * Advanced Excel skills. * Organization, attention to deadlines and details. * Leadership and team development. * Good communication for interaction with business areas. * Focus on continuous process improvement. Nice to know:* Desirable - Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Accounting or related fields. * Desirable - Experience with multiple CNPJs.
