Visit: https://www.elo.com.br/ Interested? **Then come discover more about the challenge we have for you in our Tax Department!** **Responsibilities and Duties** *As* *Tax Coordinator,* *you will:* * Coordinate all corporate billing and tax collection activities; * Collaborate with the team on governance of billing and tax document posting procedures via the SAP system; * Manage and reconcile billing data against received bases; * Monitor billing SLA to formalize services rendered; * Collaborate with the team on daily routines for processing supplier and partner payment documents; * Review source tax calculations and remittances, along with related ancillary obligations such as DCTF Web and EFD Reinf; * Review departmental performance indicators; * Assess the Tax Reform’s impact on billing and tax collection units, supporting leadership in implementing necessary changes; * Collaborate and implement best practices to improve processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** *For this challenge, we require that you:* * Have essential experience with the SAP ERP system (SD and MM modules), preferably on the HANA version; * Have prior experience in people management and development, plus strong communication skills with peer departments and business areas; * Have experience issuing electronic service invoices and general billing operations; * Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP supplier payment workflows (master data, service entry sheets, MIGO, MIRO) and all processes connected to this topic; * Have thorough knowledge of all tax-related routines, especially reconciliation of tax accounts, suppliers, customers, etc.; * Understand taxes subject to withholding (IR, CSLL, ISS, INSS); * Demonstrate strong analytical capability to assess numerical variances and monitor underlying bases; * Possess an integrated, systemic vision to evaluate workflows and processes, as well as systemic improvements for tax compliance; * Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications; * Hold a degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields; Additionally, it would be advantageous if you: * Have experience with BI tools and other data presentation and consolidation tools; * Are familiar with tax software solutions such as EasyWay, Tax One, and DFe; * Have experience automating tax and billing processes. **Additional Information** **At Elo, we seek individuals who:** * Exhibit proactive attitudes and strive to exceed results; * Respond quickly to change, maintaining focus and simplicity in executing their work; * Work exceptionally well in teams, sharing knowledge and recognizing each colleague’s performance and importance; * Value open dialogue and honest feedback; **These reflect our cultural values: “Team Player, Exceed Results, Innovate & Experiment, Customer-Centric, Play Fair.”** **At Elo, our culture embodies the “Elo Way” of making things happen!** **Check out our benefits and perks:** * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Health insurance (Bradesco – Co-payment); * Optional dental insurance (Bradesco); * Life insurance (Banco do Brasil); * Optional private pension plan (You may contribute up to 7.8% of your salary, with Elo contributing between 100% and 200%, per plan rules); * Meal/food allowance of BRL 1,800.00; * Free balance of BRL 150.00 for use as credit; * Christmas Card worth BRL 750.00; * Home Office Allowance (BRL 200.00 for hybrid model; BRL 300.00 for fully remote); * Mobility Allowance of BRL 400.00; * Free parking; * Daycare assistance for mothers and fathers; * Culture Allowance (to be used at theaters, cinemas, or bookstores); * Extended Parental Leave (for same-sex couples, fathers, adoptive parents, etc.); * Birthday Day Off; * Zenklub (Psychotherapy – up to 4 sessions per month fully covered by Elo); * WellHub and TotalPass (Network of gyms and studios for sports activities). **Important:** **Our company offers three work models: hybrid, on-site, and fully remote.
