Job Summary: Responsible for leading and managing financial and accounting control, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of records and providing strategic insights for decision-making. Mission Responsible for leading and managing the organization’s financial and accounting control activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records, providing strategic insights for decision-making, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal company policies. Responsible for structured global-level reporting across the organization, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial information as the single source of data. What You Will Do • Coordinate the preparation and analysis of financial reports, financial statements, and budgetary analyses, as well as lead the monthly closing and managerial reporting process (P&L, Working Capital, and Free Cash Flow). • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial information in accordance with local and international accounting standards. • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (responsible for Record-to-Report). • Collaborate with other departments to provide strategic information and support managerial and executive decision-making. • Support the company’s financial planning and budgeting cycles, as well as the forecasting process. • Keep internal processes and routines up to date to ensure efficiency and compliance. • Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. • Provide strategic insights to senior management, contributing to informed decision-making. • Evaluate and implement financial information systems to optimize processes and ensure data accuracy. • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices. • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures aligned with relevant best practices and regulations. • Support the Controller Manager in formulating policies and procedures for the Citrosuco Group Management Committees’ evaluation. • Propose economic and financial indicators and ensure the quality of financial information. • Promote continuous professional development of the team.**What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields; * Advanced/Fluent English (used daily for interaction with the global team); * Solid experience in Controller functions and domain expertise; * Knowledge and experience in cost management; * Knowledge and experience with financial KPIs; * Experience with projects related to the area of expertise. * Solid experience in people management; * Data analysis * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * ERP knowledge: SAP **Work Location:** Matão/SP \| **Work Model:** Hybrid — 3 days onsite, 2 days remote **Selection Process Steps:** * Conversation with Talent Acquisition * Interview with Direct Leader * Final interviews with key Finance stakeholders
