Work on multiple projects simultaneously with a results-oriented focus **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be agreed upon **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor \- PJ * Structure and organize clients' finance departments, ensuring clarity, standardization, and efficiency of routines; * Execute and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation processes; * Implement, review, and optimize financial processes to enhance control and productivity; * Support the selection, implementation, and organization of financial systems (ERP), tailored to each client's needs; * Analyze financial KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support performance enhancement; * Support clients in financial decision-making by providing data-driven analyses and recommendations; * Ensure organization, standardization, and continuous improvement of financial routines; * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outputs within established deadlines; * Maintain direct client relationships, adopting a consultative and results-oriented approach. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation; * Experience in structuring and improving financial processes; * Knowledge of financial systems and/or ERP; * Ability to perform financial analysis and interpret financial indicators; * Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Experience working directly with clients or in a consulting environment. **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience in consulting firms or organizational transformation projects; * Experience building finance departments from scratch; * Strategic vision combined with operational execution capability; * Experience in dynamic environments managing multiple concurrent projects; * Adaptability to diverse client contexts and requirements. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
