Job Summary: A professional responsible for testing, documenting, and announcing patches and releases, initiating product launch processes, and creating automated tests. Key Highlights: 1. Initiation and management of product launch processes **Responsibilities:** * Test patch and release sheets (including version closure), daily, according to the manual; * Prepare patch documentation (monthly) and release documentation (quarterly) for customers, on-demand, according to the manual; * Announce patch (monthly) and release (quarterly) availability via Bitrix, Help Desk, and email (SendPulse) to customers, on-demand; * Initiate the Product Launch Process quarterly, according to the manual, upon release closure; * Internally publish the updated menu and SKU spreadsheet on Bitrix and to the compliance team quarterly, upon release closure. * Create and execute automated tests **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields **Desired Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Advanced English proficiency * Knowledge of tax legislation, accounting, business processes, programming logic, and database concepts.
