Collaboration across different departments and functional teams ### **Senior ABAP Consultant** Hybrid Work Model: 4 days per week at WTorre / Morumbi office **Work Context**: We seek a professional focused on the client's perspective—not the implementer's—with the ability to understand business needs, collaborate across departments, and support the maintenance and evolution of project developments. **Main Responsibilities**: * Develop enhancements, reports, screens, and integrations; * Interpret functional specifications; * Prepare technical specifications; * Perform unit testing; * Support solution architecture design; * Estimate effort and delivery timelines; * Collaborate with functional teams, security teams, satellite systems, and end users; * Operate Solman tool for request creation and follow governance workflows; * Participate in Change Management (GMUD) processes; * Provide support for existing developments delivered in the project. **Mandatory Technical Skills**: * Solman; * ABAP for SAP S/4HANA; * Fiori; * OData; * Flexible Workflow; * Enhancements; * Eclipse. **Technical Advantage**: * Experience with CPI / BTP-based integrations. **Expected Behavioral Competencies**: * Organization; * Prioritization; * Strong communication skills; * Teamwork; * Commitment to deadlines.
