




**Travel availability required** - Coordinate construction projects according to planning, ensuring they are executed within the agreed schedule, budget, scope, quality, and guaranteeing personnel safety with a goal of zero accidents; - Manage, train, and develop the team under your responsibility; - Conduct meetings with minutes issuance and validation by clients and internal departments, aiming to ensure activities are carried out as planned; - Control scope change requests arising from client demands or unforeseen circumstances not included in the contracted scope; - Develop action plans together with the construction team to address deviations in schedule, HSE, and quality requirements; - Participate in project planning, kickoff, monitoring, and closing meetings; - Participate in safety activities with clients and guide the team to meet project deadlines, costs, and objectives; - Prepare detailed specifications for hiring services, equipment, and materials; - Ensure preparation, updating, and approval of daily reports (RDO), visual management at construction sites, compliance with HSE campaigns, and schedule updates; - Prepare measurement reports and obtain client approval within defined timeframes and procedures; - Perform formal project handover supported by delivery reports and formal client acceptance; Position also available for candidates with disabilities (PCD). EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Minimum of 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary construction projects in medium to large industrial settings.
