Every day brings new opportunities, and you can be part of them. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform maintenance activities on equipment at concrete plants. * Conduct routine inspections on concrete plant equipment to identify deviations and correct them, ensuring equipment availability for production. * Perform lubrication of industrial equipment by verifying oil level and viscosity to top up or replace lubricating oils or greases, preventing abnormal wear. * Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and minor assemblies on concrete plant equipment. * Weld equipment and parts according to predefined procedures to maintain normal operating conditions. * Restore parts and equipment in general, maintaining standard paint finish. * Open and close maintenance work orders (labels) in the system for scheduling and execution of required maintenance; * Support branches in weighing deviation and loading time processes; * Oversee maintenance services provided by contracted companies to ensure activities meet defined quality requirements and standards. * Fleet Mechanical Specialist * Plan and schedule maintenance for equipment and manage asset lifecycle and process optimization. * Monitor equipment, identify deviations, and propose process solutions. * Guide and supervise execution of maintenance, inspections, and checklists on machinery and equipment. * Train maintenance execution teams, identify non-conformities, monitor implementation, verify necessary improvements, and perform required maintenance. * Implement inspection, maintenance, instrument calibration, and equipment qualification systems. * Participate in management meetings and departmental production meetings to highlight equipment deviations. * Responsible for workplace cleanliness. * Field planning for machinery and equipment across work areas. * Manage supply of inputs and materials using spreadsheets and computerized systems, as well as maintenance records, based on corrective actions received—whether scheduled or unscheduled—and at optimal cost. * Comply with HSEQ, Quality, Environment, Health, and Road Safety procedures and instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** Completed High School Education Industrial Maintenance **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Systems; * Hot Work Permit (TTO); * Microsoft Office Suite National Driver's License — Category C * Fleet Mechanical Specialist * Driver’s License: CNH Category “C” or higher * Proven procurement experience * Experience applying preventive and corrective maintenance techniques. * Experience maintaining pumps, centrifuges, and filter presses. * Knowledge of the automotive maintenance market. **Additional Information** Job Location: Fortaleza/CE Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Medication Allowance; Life Insurance; Variable Remuneration; Private Pension; Meal Voucher; Transport Voucher; We are a construction materials and sustainable solutions company with over 13,000 employees.
