Description: We are looking for professionals who meet the requirements below: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience in procurement processes for civil construction projects, corporate renovations, and expansions. * Experience in negotiating and contracting construction companies, design firms, material suppliers, service providers, and corporate furniture suppliers. * Participation in complex projects, including industrial, corporate expansion, or infrastructure projects. * Preparation, analysis, and monitoring of supply and service provision contracts. * Planning and cost management, ensuring adherence to project budgets. * Integrated work with technical teams to align specifications and schedules. * Knowledge of suppliers, market trends, and industry practices. * Familiarity with materials, industrial equipment, and corporate furniture. * Proficiency in quotations, proposal analysis, supplier qualification, and compliance. * Assessment of risks in contracts and deadlines, mitigating project impacts. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), advanced Excel, and construction management systems. * Basic knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to construction. * Advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate Spanish proficiency will be considered a plus. Check out the main day-to-day activities for this position: * Fulfill internal purchasing needs by understanding demand requirements; * Evaluate and review technical scope descriptions provided by requesting departments; * Commercially assess proposals, standardizing different financial structures (pricing formats, adjustments, payment terms, etc.); * Lead the preparation of legal contracts, incorporating Eurofarma's internal requirements while addressing supplier requests; * Issue Purchase Orders and SAP Contracts according to approved commercial terms, including tax parameters and Eurofarma's internal rules; * Align with requesting departments on future forecasts to improve demand fulfillment execution; * Critically evaluate and lead commercial negotiations under their responsibility with suppliers, aiming to meet Eurofarma's needs; * Prepare spreadsheets, documents, and reports to formalize activities and/or define internal department strategies; * Conduct all activities related to their responsibilities in accordance with Eurofarma's procedures and policies; * Generate records and formal documentation during work execution with full transparency in each process; * Fully comply with current policies and Eurofarma's Code of Ethics and Conduct. * Monitor area indicators (Savings, cost avoidance, internal inflation). * Generate management reports supporting leadership on process progress, schedules, etc. * Assist other buyers with order adjustments. * Fully comply with current policies and Eurofarma's Code of Ethics and Conduct. 2511210202471882115
