Collaborates cross-functionally with R\&D, Supply Chain, and Business units to develop national and international suppliers and promote sustainable competitiveness for the company. Provides technical and strategic guidance to category buyers, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, training best sourcing practices, and elevating the maturity and performance level of the Procurement team. **Responsibilities and Duties — Activities:** * Strategic Sourcing and Market Development — Lead structured sourcing processes (RFQ/RFI) with category buyers to identify and develop national and international suppliers, applying long-term vision, risk mitigation, and competitive advantage generation. * Value Generation and Cost Reduction — Identify savings opportunities through negotiations, technical modifications (formulations, raw materials, specifications), market benchmarking, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. * Business and Innovation (R\&D) Integration — Collaborate cross-functionally with internal areas (R\&D, Industrial, Marketing, and Supply) to enable new products, technical alternatives, and consumption improvements while ensuring economic viability and scalability. * Continuously map, develop, and qualify supplier markets (local and global), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in coordination with other company departments. * Lead complex negotiations focused on cost, delivery time, quality, and innovation. * Implement and structure analyses and strategies such as dual sourcing, global sourcing, and direct procurement (disintermediation), using methodologies including Kraljic Matrix, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), Should-Cost Analysis, Cost Breakdown / Open Book Costing, Category Management, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to support decision-making. * Identify cost-reduction opportunities via reformulation, raw material substitution, or consumption optimization. * Map opportunities and drive sustainable solutions, tracking key market trends and developments. * Ensure robust contracts aligned with corporate strategy. * Proactively address supply risks and market volatility. * Collaborate with the area’s Specialist to monitor performance indicators (savings, cost avoidance, lead time, risk, automation, and systems for enhanced visibility and opportunities). * Work with Finance to assess economic impact, budgeting, and cash flow implications. * Participate in Commercial \& Marketing, R\&D, Operations \& Supply, and Cost Committees to foster competitiveness and feasibility of new products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting; specialization/postgraduate/MBA in Business Management and/or Supply Chain. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * POWER BI. * Experience with ME, MRP, WMS systems is a plus. * Automation tools, RPA, and others. * Knowledge of procurement management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. * Solid experience in Strategic Procurement / Strategic Sourcing. * Experience in complex negotiations and supplier development. * Supply methodologies (Strategic Sourcing, TCO, Cost Breakdown). * Knowledge of legal contracts, legislation, auditing, and compliance. * Experience building sustainable performance frameworks in unstable environments under cost pressure. * Fluent English and Spanish. **Additional Information** * Health Plan: Unimed insurance (monthly fee and co-payment per company policy), covering up to 20% of simple consultations and exams. * Dental Plan: OdontoPrev (covers clinical treatments; monthly fee per company policy). * Meal Voucher: Monthly amount credited via Ticket card. * On-site Meals: Available at Curitiba facilities. * Food Allowance: Monthly amount credited via Ticket card for units without cafeterias. * Life Insurance: Metlife (per company policy). * Child Meal Allowance: Credit applied to meal voucher per company policy (for children up to 4 years and 11 months). * Private Pension Plan.
