Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and supporting production environments, handling technical tickets, and providing customer support in a shared model, with a focus on process optimization and automation. Continuous development in new technologies and a proactive mindset. . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and support production environments; * Handle and follow up on technical tickets; * Provide customer support in a shared (24x7\) model, including weekend shifts; * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements; * Analyze and optimize processes executed by the team; * Automate and simplify recurring tasks; * Generate tracking reports and performance indicators; * Support the team in ensuring stability and evolution of environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of Python and/or Shell Script; * Knowledge of containerization (Docker); * Knowledge of Kubernetes; * Understanding of Cloud (AWS and/or GCP); * Knowledge of Git / GitHub / Bitbucket; * Familiarity with coding best practices; * Ability to quickly learn new technologies; * Proactive mindset, eager to simplify recurring team tasks; * Ability to identify operational bottlenecks.
