You will work in a professional kitchen as a Kitchen Assistant, helping prepare meals and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for service. We seek a committed individual eager to learn and focused on results. Assist in food preparation and plating. Operate grill and fryer according to instructions. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Maintain overall kitchen organization and cleanliness. Collect, wash, and store trays, cutlery, and dishware. Support the team in mise en place routines. Follow food safety regulations and good hygiene practices. Location: Jardim Canadá \- Ribeirão Preto/SP Requirements: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in a similar role. * Experience operating grill and fryer. * Experience in plating. * Organizational skills and attention to hygiene and cleanliness. * Focus on results and adherence to routines. * Availability for in-person work from Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM\. Benefits * CLT employment contract with a salary of R$ 2\.050,00\. * Meal allowance of R$ 370,00\. * Transportation allowance of R$ 250,00\. **Schedule:** Fixed shift: Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM\. Day off every Monday and one Sunday off per month.
