About the role: We seek a Client Service Supervisor to lead and develop the client service team, ensuring excellence in client relationships, delivery quality, and strategic alignment among clients, creative, media, and other agency departments. This professional will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing priorities, deadlines, and expectations, as well as proactively identifying business opportunities and continuously improving processes. Responsibilities: \- Supervise and guide the client service team, fostering development, engagement, and high performance; \- Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring close, transparent, and strategic relationships; \- Manage project demands, schedules, scopes, and deadlines; \- Ensure alignment among client service, creative, media, production, and other departments; \- Participate in client meetings, campaign presentations, status reports, and strategic alignment sessions; \- Contribute to improving internal client service processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or related fields; Prior experience as a Supervisor in an advertising agency; Experience in people and project management; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Organized, proactive profile with strategic vision; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Desirable/Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency; Familiarity with the AD system.
