We are building a **Chief AI Engineer** role to help clients accelerate AI programs across agentic support, staff training, and agentic shopping use cases. You will lead delivery of LLM\-based agents, strengthen reliability with hallucination prevention, and guide responsible AI practices—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Develop and refine AI agents using LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure * Design and implement function calling patterns to extend AI agent capabilities * Ensure chatbot accuracy and dependability through hallucination prevention techniques * Integrate and streamline AI workflows with Python * Collaborate on responsible AI and compliance efforts to align with ethical AI guidelines * Lead Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI development initiatives * Partner with teams to enable agent\-based training and AI\-driven shopping solutions **Requirements** * Proven track record with 7\+ years of experience working with LLMs, Claude Code, or comparable technologies * Hands\-on coding expertise in Python for AI solution development and integration * Deep understanding of hallucination prevention approaches and MCP * Solid background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices, and ethical AI principles * Advanced expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI * English proficiency at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level or higher **Nice to have** * Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics * Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies * Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements * Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
