We are looking for a **Senior Change Management Specialist** to support a strategic digital transformation program focused on implementing **SAP S/4HANA**, responsible for leading and supporting OCM initiatives to ensure effective adoption of changes by stakeholders. Join Onset! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and support change impact analysis, assessing effects on people, processes, and work routines * Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan, ensuring alignment with the program * Engage stakeholders by organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions * Develop and implement the communication plan, ensuring message consistency and clarity * Support and coordinate training and capacity-building initiatives, including logistics, follow-up, and feedback collection * Identify and monitor resistance to change, proposing mitigation actions in collaboration with involved areas * Track KPIs, risks, and progress of change activities, ensuring executive visibility and structured reporting * Collaborate with internal teams, consulting firms, and partners to ensure disciplined execution and adherence to deadlines * Ensure compliance with program processes, standards, and governance **Requirements and Qualifications** Advanced English (interaction with global stakeholders) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Solid experience in **Organizational Change Management (OCM)** within transformation projects Experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably **SAP S/4HANA** Practical knowledge of: * Impact analysis * Organizational communication * Stakeholder engagement * Training management * Managing resistance to change Experience supporting project management (PMO, schedule control, risk and dependency management) Familiarity with tools such as **Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and tracking tools** Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Lean Change, or similar) are considered a plus **Additional Information** Work model: On-site Location: São José dos Campos/SP Strategic project at a large enterprise, duration of 1 month.
