Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to act as a facilitator among business, product, engineering, and security teams, ensuring protection requirements and customer experience. The **Application Protection Team** is responsible for shielding digital channels, increasing the cost of attacks, and generating **integrity and trust signals** that support risk and authentication decisions throughout the user journey. We seek a **Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA)** to act as a facilitator among **business, product, engineering, and security**, supporting the development of complex technical solutions and ensuring that protection, risk, and customer experience requirements are well understood, prioritized, and delivered. This role is essential to provide **clarity, organization, and fluidity** to the team’s work—especially in a context of **high technical complexity and direct impact on fraud and risk**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather, analyze, and detail **business needs and technical requirements** related to mobile and web application protection. * Act as a bridge between **technical teams (engineering, security, architecture)** and business areas, ensuring shared understanding of solutions. * Translate complex problems into **user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and clear functional documentation**. * Support the **Product Manager** in organizing and prioritizing the backlog, considering value, risk, impact, and dependencies. * Contribute to understanding **critical user journeys**, identifying exposure points, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Support impact analyses of technical and functional changes on protected applications. * Collaborate with the team throughout the entire development lifecycle—from discovery to production validation. * Facilitate communication, alignment, and refinement with stakeholders of diverse profiles. * Support continuous improvement initiatives for processes, requirement clarity, and delivery quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience as a **Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or related roles**. * Ability to understand and structure **complex business rules and scenarios**. * Experience writing **user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation**. * Skill in facilitating meetings, interviews, and alignment sessions with **technical and business stakeholders**. * Experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). * Strong communication, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and critical judgment. * Experience in **digital product environments, distributed systems, or integrations**. * Ability to work with **autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility**. **Desirable Requirements** * Prior experience in **information security, fraud prevention, or digital risk**. * Experience with **critical mobile and web user journeys**, especially in financial environments. * Basic knowledge of **application protection concepts**, anti-fraud, or channel security. * Experience with tools such as **Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma**, or similar. * Aptitude for working in dynamic environments with high technical complexity. **Additional Information** **\*THIS FIELD IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS\*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av.
