Here at Aviva, we serve with passion for people, which is why we are always seeking talents who are constantly developing, possess an open mindset, overcome obstacles, and contribute with new ideas. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform purchases of products and services, meeting internal demands and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. * Negotiate with suppliers to obtain better commercial terms, prices, delivery times, and quality. * Control and monitor purchase orders, ensuring on-time deliveries and correct quantities. * Analyze supplier proposals, comparing costs, conditions, and technical requirements. * Participate in supplier performance evaluations, assisting in qualification and maintenance of the supplier database. * Maintain purchase records and contracts, ensuring compliance and traceability. * Support the implementation of processes and improvements within the purchasing department. * Collaborate with internal departments such as warehouse, finance, and requesters to efficiently meet needs. * Prepare purchase orders and track their status until delivery. * Analyze purchase history to identify cost-saving opportunities. * Manage supplier relationships, resolving delivery or quality issues. * Support the team in complex or strategic negotiations when necessary. * Monitor purchasing performance indicators (lead time, SLA, order accuracy). **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in progress Knowledge of negotiation, strategic sourcing, and TCO. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Oracle, etc.) and Excel (will work extensively with spreadsheets). Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
