Business Process Consultant - ServiceNow (SPM) - LATAM

Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Process Consultant with experience in ServiceNow and Agile methodologies to lead projects and perform requirements mapping, workshops, and sprint planning. Working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and required certifications Description: Requirements: * Experience implementing ServiceNow or similar platforms, preferably in the SPM module. Experience in other modules such as ITSM, ITBM, or CSM will also be considered. * Experience leading implementation of solution platforms. * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels, plus experience delivering presentations and workshops. * At least one of the following certifications: CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS HRSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Mapping, CIS VRM, or CAD. You will stand out if you have: * Fluent English. You will act as a Business Process Consultant on outstanding projects for industry-leading companies and will have the following responsibilities: * Perform business requirements mapping following ServiceNow platform best practices. * Conduct process and best practice workshops within ServiceNow. * Author user stories and plan sprints (using the SCRUM methodology). * Support development and integrated and functional testing of our clients' solutions on the ServiceNow platform. 2512290202491888932
