Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to lead ServiceNow implementation projects, map requirements, and facilitate workshops. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct requirements mapping and facilitate workshops Description: Requirements: * Experience implementing ServiceNow or similar platforms, preferably in the SPM module. We will also consider experience in other modules such as ITSM, ITBM, or CSM. * Experience leading the implementation of solution platforms. * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels, plus experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops. * At least one of the following certifications: CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS HRSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Mapping, CIS VRM, or CAD. You will stand out if you have: * Fluent English. You will act as a Business Process Consultant on amazing projects for industry-leading companies and will have the following responsibilities: * Map business requirements following ServiceNow platform best practices. * Facilitate process and best practice workshops within ServiceNow. * Author user stories and plan sprints (using the SCRUM methodology). * Support development and integrated and functional testing of our clients' solutions on the ServiceNow platform. 2512290202491888932
