While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Key Responsibilities** * Organize and lead work teams in boiler-making and welding activities. * Perform manufacturing, repair, pre\-assembly, and installation services for parts, equipment, metal structures, and piping. * Ensure compliance with planned schedules, prioritizing efficiency, quality, and safety across all operations. * Analyze boiler-making requirements for projects and propose innovative solutions and optimized execution methods. * Master and apply various cutting and welding processes, including: shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), tungsten inert gas (TIG), metal inert gas (MIG), metal active gas (MAG), oxy\-fuel, brazing, and plasma. * Perform cold or hot forming of metallic materials. * Execute precise cuts on metallic materials and parts using torches and other boiler-making\-specific cutting processes. * Operate boiler-making machines and hand tools proficiently. * Safely handle and/or lift materials, parts, and equipment. **Requirements** * Completed High School education. * Solid experience and proficiency in layout work and interpretation of technical drawings. * Expertise in all welding types mentioned (SMAW, TIG, MIG, MAG, oxy\-fuel, brazing, plasma). * In-depth knowledge of metallic material cutting and forming techniques. * Robust prior experience in this role or similar boiler-making and welding positions. * Leadership skills. **Also See Our Benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance * + Meal Allowance (On\-site cafeteria OR meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution) * Life Insurance * + Transportation Allowance (Commuter voucher OR parking OR shuttle service) * Pharmacy Partnership * Childcare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * Variable Compensation * “Count on Us” Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on the job location. **Work Location:** Guarujá/SP **Work Model:** 100% On\-site
