Process information in the system, performing maintenance on the hospital's operational programs related to billing modules. Bill all services provided during patient care (verify medications, materials, and tests) by comparing what was charged on the account with what was actually used. Receive daily medical records from auditing departments and emergency care units. Bill fees for services rendered by the medical team. Add or remove discrepancies in charges applied. Submit account files in XML format. Separate physical documentation for insurance audit review and subsequent submission within established deadlines. Archive medical records after review and submission. Understand, apply, promote, and suggest rules and practices focused on workplace safety and environmental preservation, participating in programs promoted by the unit, contributing to eliminating situations that could pose risks of workplace accidents or environmental degradation. Stay updated on technological advancements in your field, aiming for professional improvement, knowledge sharing, and suggestions for improvements in equipment and processes, contributing to continuous improvement. Ensure the proper maintenance of organizational assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary.
