Job Summary: The Billing Assistant will be responsible for billing, mass return of fiscal invoices, account settlement, stub control, and report generation in the SAP system. Key Highlights: 1. At Coca\-Cola FEMSA, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. **Position Responsibilities:** * Billing * Mass returns: Fiscal invoice returns \- entering data and justifying the return of invoices in the SAP system. * Account settlement. * Daily billing. * Stub control. * Printing the Account Statement report. * Customer viewing. * Printing Real Invoices (Freight Letter) * Report generation. * Execution of fiscal invoices. Performing other related activities * **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Completed high school (college enrollment preferred). * Desired experience: Administrative area, billing, and financial reporting. * Technical knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office suite. * Languages: Not required.
