Ensure service security, observability, performance, and stability We are seeking a Backend Tech Lead to serve as the technical reference, ensure architectural quality, and guide the team in building scalable, high-performance services. Responsibilities * Technically lead the backend team, supporting architectural decisions and best practices. * Design and evolve distributed systems, APIs, and microservices. * Review code, mentor developers, and promote practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and structured code reviews. * Collaborate closely with product, QA, and frontend teams to define end\-to\-end solutions. * Ensure service security, observability, performance, and stability. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and engineering standards. * Support technical planning, estimations, and technology roadmap. Requirements: Requirements * Solid backend development experience (Node.js, Java, Go, Python, or similar). * Strong understanding of system architecture, messaging systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases. * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices. * Strong technical leadership and communication skills. * Prior experience as a senior/lead developer.
