Now we’re building something new internally \- powerful dashboards and systems that help our teams make smarter decisions using real\-time analytics and financial data. We’re looking for a Backend Developer who can architect and build the backbone of these tools. If you like turning business problems into clean, scalable systems \- you’ll love this role. **What you’ll do** * Build and maintain internal dashboards and data systems * Develop services for analytics, reporting, and financial data processing * Translate business requirements into technical architecture and code * Design APIs and backend services from scratch * Work closely with product and business stakeholders to implement logic accurately **What we’re looking for** * 2–6 years of professional backend development experience * Computer Science degree (or equivalent practical experience) * Experience building real\-world products or internal tools (portfolio/projects appreciated) * Strong ability to understand business workflows and convert them into technical solutions * Comfortable designing architecture, not just writing tickets * Solid fundamentals in databases, APIs, and system design * Self\-driven and comfortable working remotely * Strong English skills **Tech stack** * Flexible — choose the best tools for the job * Current systems use Django, but alternative backend stacks are welcome if they provide measurable performance benefits. **Nice to have (big plus)** * Experience building games or systems on Roblox * Personal Roblox games or projects * Startup or small\-team experience * Analytics or financial systems background **How we work** * Fully remote * Full\-time * High ownership, low bureaucracy * We measure results, not hours * Move fast, ship fast It would be great if you could attach a portfolio of projects you’ve worked on (such as dashboards, websites, or applications) when applying.
