And this is just the beginning. ### **What your day-to-day will be like:** * Develop and evolve backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript. * Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and event-driven architectures. * Develop scalable microservices following distributed architecture best practices. * Build integrations with internal systems, partners, and financial institution APIs. * Work with messaging and asynchronous processing for high-volume flows. * Develop solutions using AWS services, ensuring scalability and high availability. * Model and optimize relational and NoSQL databases. * Participate in architectural definitions and code reviews. * Implement automated tests, monitoring, and observability of applications. * Act in the identification and resolution of performance bottlenecks. * Ensure application security following financial market best practices. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment. * Participate in the continuous evolution of the platform, promoting technical quality and reducing technical debt. ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Solid experience with backend development in Node.js. * Proficiency in TypeScript. * Experience with building REST APIs. * Experience with microservices architecture. * Practical experience with AWS. * Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL). * Experience with NoSQL databases, such as DynamoDB. * Experience with Docker and containerized environments. * Knowledge of Git and modern development practices. * Experience with automated tests (unit and integration). * Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and API security. * Ability to work in mission-critical and high-availability environments. * Experience working in agile teams. ### **Not essential, but we value:** * Experience in the financial market, fintechs, banks, or payment methods. * Knowledge of Open Finance, Open Banking, or PIX. * Experience with event-driven architecture. * Experience with Kafka. * Knowledge of DDD (Domain\-Driven Design). * Experience with high-volume systems. * Knowledge of LGPD and information security practices. * AWS certifications. * Experience with platform engineering (Platform Engineering). ### **What is it like to work at Skopia?** Here, you will find an environment where Result, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide the day-to-day.
