Job Summary: Ensures high-quality service in the perfumery and/or cosmetics section by providing advice and managing products, inventory, and orders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert advice on perfumery and cosmetics 2. End-to-end product and inventory management 3. Expiry date monitoring and hygiene regulations As a member of the store team, your mission is to ensure high-quality service in the perfumery and/or cosmetics section: * Advise, handle, and inform customers about the benefits and/or qualities of cosmetics and/or perfumery products * Restock, face, and rotate products on shelves according to established frequency and order, adhering to merchandising guidelines and preventing breakages and losses. * Manage reservations, daily price registration and inventory control. * Comply with hygiene, quality, cleanliness, and health standards applicable to handling these products. * Apply alarm protocols or actions for sensitive products. * Manage orders, warehouse operations, and local procurement. * Implement and monitor the expiry date program, with special attention to cosmetic/cosmetics products. Desired Skills and Knowledge: We would love to meet you if: \- Completed compulsory secondary education. \- Prior experience in retail. \- Certified knowledge in cosmetics, makeup, and parapharmacy. \- Proficiency in office software: Windows environment, Google applications, and email.
