Requirements \* Completed high school education. \* Interest in learning the refrigeration trade. \* Proactivity and responsibility. \* Ability to work well in a team. \* Proficiency in using basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, drill, screwdriver, etc.). \* Availability for travel when necessary. Preferred Qualifications \* Air Conditioning Installer training course. \* Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrotechnical training, or related fields. \* Driver's license category B. Main Responsibilities \* Assist in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. \* Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment. \* Organize tools and work materials. \* Support the technical team during on-site customer service visits. \* Comply with the company's safety and quality procedures.
