Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the automotive painting team Assign tasks according to the workshop schedule Monitor vehicle preparation, painting, and finishing processes Ensure quality and standards in performed services Provide technical support to the team for automotive touch-ups and finishing Maintain department organization and adherence to deadlines Support identification of process improvements within the workshop Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
