Academic Qualification: Completed high school education Specific Knowledge: Driver's license category B / Technical course in Mechanics / Knowledge of equipment maintenance; Desirable Knowledge: Technical course. * Comply with company safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment for each activity and performing tasks safely. * Participate in the department’s DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) by attentively listening to instructions, aiming to prevent unsafe conditions or actions during task execution. * Perform tasks according to company procedures, correctly using wheel chocks, hydraulic jacks, and activity-specific tools. * Assist mechanics in vehicle, machinery, and agricultural implement maintenance activities—including engines, hydraulic systems, brakes, sheet metal work, machining, etc.—based on individually acquired skills, aiming to meet service requests during peak periods and support the development of new competencies. * Perform adjustment, cleaning, and basic maintenance of tools and equipment used in tasks—including calibration, repairs, and replacement of damaged tools—to ensure service quality and equipment longevity. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, storing materials and tools in designated locations, performing partial cleanups, avoiding accumulation of waste and material remnants at the worksite. * Report maintenance parameters—such as completed and pending services, materials, parts, etc.—by completing specific forms or directly entering data into the Maintenance Information Management System, ensuring system accuracy and up-to-dateness. Assist in executing preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance activities for vehicles, machinery, agricultural implements, and their components, either per pre-established schedules or as required, aiming to maximize mechanical availability. * Apply maintenance techniques knowledge by observing equipment, instruments, and component behavior and monitoring incidents, aiming to maximize equipment durability, productivity, and performance. 2511300202181896734
