Create and integrate AI agents to optimize operational workflows. An Information Technology Services company is seeking an Automation and DevOps Specialist in Rio Grande da Serra. Tiviati is a technology and innovation solutions company offering services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and analyze metrics, logs, and service behavior on Azure, adjusting capacity and performance according to environment requirements. Develop and maintain scalable and secure APIs published in cloud environments, ensuring availability and reliability. Design technical automation solutions using RPA, scripts, and integrations connected to corporate and legacy systems. Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate script, pipeline, automation, and API development while adhering to coding best practices. Create, integrate, and maintain AI agents based on Model Context Protocol to optimize operational workflows. Serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting troubleshooting analysis, solution standardization, and dissemination of best practices. Evaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, standardization, and reduction of rework. Participate in technical planning, scope tracking, timeline management, and budget oversight for assigned projects.
