teams to enable sound business opportunities with security. **What We’re Looking For** -------------------- **Essential Requirements:** * Solid programming language skills, with strong SQL proficiency and relevant Python experience applied to credit analysis, modeling, and/or rule automation. * Consistent experience in credit analysis, risk management, or definition/management of corporate credit (PJ) policies within financial institutions, preferably with exposure to diverse segments and products. * Strong analytical capability, including experience handling databases, constructing indicators, and preparing reports and studies to support strategic credit decisions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, articulate technical recommendations, and collaborate effectively with business, risk, and product teams. * Availability to work in a hybrid on-site model in São Paulo. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience defining or reviewing risk appetite frameworks, credit limits and authorities, with portfolio-level perspective and impact on results (e.g., RAROC, ROE, NPL, LGD). * Experience automating credit policies and rules (decision engines, API usage, bureau integrations, workflows), contributing to efficiency gains and scalability. * Familiarity with statistical modeling, understanding how policies and models interrelate. * Demonstrated strong ability to read and analyze corporate (PJ) financial statements, capital structure, covenants, and collateral—especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. * Prior participation in credit committees or decision forums, presenting cases, defending positions, and negotiating structural adjustments with business areas. * Experience managing or technically coordinating teams (even indirectly), supporting analyst development, case reviews, and standardization of criteria. * Proficiency in regulation and norms applicable to credit (BACEN, CMN, relevant resolutions) and best practices in risk governance. * Ability to translate technical topics into clear narratives for executive audiences, delivering concise presentations with strategic vision. * A curious, continuous-improvement mindset—proposing enhancements to processes, policies, and metrics with focus on balancing growth, risk, and customer experience. **Challenges and Impact** ---------------------- * Lead the creation, revision, and governance of corporate (PJ) credit policies, ensuring alignment with the company’s risk guidelines, current regulation, and industry best practices. * Continuously monitor credit policy effectiveness, proposing and implementing structural adjustments to support sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining appropriate risk quality. * Work cross-functionally with Origination, Risk, Products, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure correct implementation, communication, and dissemination of credit policies across the entire customer journey. * Structure and present executive analyses and reports on portfolio performance, risk indicators, and credit policy impacts, supporting decision-making in strategic forums and committees. * Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in credit analysis and decision-making processes (workflows, criteria, automation, models, authorities), driving efficiency gains, standardization,
